“I’m trying to change the settings on the computer and it keeps asking for a code can somebody please let me know what they mean by the code being I never made a code for this. It occurs every time it need parental controls or access I’m also trying change”

It's tied to your Amazon account. If you ever had a kindle/fire device by Amazon, they usually ask you to set a pin. OR You can setup a code/pin by logging into your Amazon account and going under devices. It will also ask you to set one up when adding your own profile to the device.
