I have wondered thatt as well but no time to investigate it so I just used help on tablet and asked a question. Also called the Amazon staff - can't remember if the number came up in settings or in help but I called and they helped over the phone to reset whatever the issue was. Few months ago so I am sorry I don't even remember whatt the issue was. Use the help function and see what happens.
