When I got mine I called Amazon and they did it for me. They were awesome. Hope that helps.

Please try again later.Hello, My best advice would be to go into the store, make the purchase, ask to speak with a member of the Geek Squad, ask for an appointment to sit down with them and set up your device. They are skilled in all devices and can walk you through the set up from start to finish but, you would have to set up time with them initially. You can also go online to set up this appointment in advance if you have access to a computer, I hope this helps, have a great day!
