- Answer Have you tried turning it OFF and then ON? Press the power button and hold it pressed until the device turns OFF. Wait a few seconds and press the power button again to turn it on.

- Answer Yes. However, I've had older units that would no longer connect to wifi once the storage was completely full. Enough data would have to be deleted for it to reconnect to wifi.

- Answer If you go to your library or any place that offers free wifi you can download and store games onto your tablet. This will resolve your issue about not having the internet. I believe that if you add an SD card you can store your games on it.
