• Hi Kellie! While the tablet itself will work just fine anywhere, what you'll be able to access is going to depend on the Amazon account and where you are accessing the internet from. As for registering the tablet itself there shouldn't be any issues as long as the recipient has an Amazon account (or sets one up for free during the setup process).
