• Yes. We have downloaded anything we wNt. You just have to make sure you are not in the profiles created for the lil ones in order to do so.

• You can't by default. If you download a couple things you might get it to work, even then it will only work on the parents profile from my experience. You can use the YouTube kids website, but it's unintuitive to younger kids
