• I believe you can my daughter-in-law was telling me that she can turn the Wi-Fi off and she can control and apps.

• YES! The parent has to spend a little time learning how to use the Amazon Free Time app (it is kind of awkward to use at times) in order to fine-tune the child profile access. Free Time will only allow what you want to allow.
