- Answer There is NO Youtube app. There are third party ones but they are FULL of ads. It'd recommend an older, cheaper, iPad or a real Android device. This uses a very modified, amazon tweaked, version of android but doesn't allow the android store.

- Answer This has happened to us several times. What seems to do the trick is to turn off the wifi (wait a little bit) then turn it back on. Make sure your window of what you were trying to view is closed
