Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Buck! I am so sorry you're having issues with your Fire Stick. I can recommend a few things if you haven't tried them yet. I would recommend trying to use it in a different HDMI port as there may be issues with the one you're using. You can also try factory resetting your Fire Stick if you're able to see the screen for it. The steps to do that are as follows: Navigate to the Settings gear icon on the far right of the screen. Select the icon to open up Settings. Navigate to My Fire TV. Then select Reset to Factory Defaults. If you still have issues after this, then I would suggest reaching out to Amazon Customer Care or Best Buy Geek Squad to see if they can further assist you with what this may be.
