Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Call Amazon support, If you load up too much on the stick if can slow down, try clearing the Cache from all the apps. I have no issue with the 4K Max, my older fire stick took too much time to operate....also contact your service provider or do speed tests on your internet connection
