“Can I connect a sound bar into this fire stick via HDMI? If not, is there a different version that will support this (I do not have a separate input on the TV that can connect to the sound bar). I do not have a separate receiver—just a TV and a sound bar”

Device plugs into hdmi port. Would have to use output port from tv to sound bar. Device will control volume of sound bar unlike Roku which does not
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The fire stick doesn’t have a sound bar input. It goes into one TV HDMI and the sound bar should goes into a second TV HDMI. For several years all TVs provide 4 or more HDMI inputs. If your are already using all HDMI inputs with other devices like a blue ray player or any other devices, you will need to disconnect and free an HDMI input. If you only have one or 2 HDMI inputs in your TV is probably time to upgrade the TV.
