• I have a Samsung TV and the controller was able to control volume and on-off on the TV without setting anything at all. Quite the shock that it worked like that. Perhaps, the gizmo communicates with the TV via the HDMI port and knows what kind of TV it is. Is that way too smart? Or it can be that many people have Samsung TVs, and it has that feature as standard. Overall, a good experience. Hope you will also be lucky.

• Will power on and off television as well as volume control. I also use for my sound bar and there’s options for adding other devices.
