Wait 30 seconds and then press and hold the Home button again. -Reset your Fire TV remote *Try factory resetting your TV, by doing this you would need to resign in to all your apps etc too *Try replacing the batteries with a different brand *If none of the above works, please reach out to Amazon Customer Support I hope this helps, have a great day!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am not sure why your Fire Stick would do that. I have mine plugged into an electric outlet and I don't have that problem at all. It comes with an electric power adapter so I suggest using that and your issue should disappear. It not or if you are already using it, there might be an issue with the Fire Stick and you might want to return it for an exchange.
