“Hi, trying to connect and can't get beyond PIN, it keeps telling me to try later which I have done to no avail !!!! How can I get beyond this?”

• Hi there Freda! Sorry you're having problems. You can either reset the PIN online with your Amazon account or force a factory reset with your remote control. Go to amazon.com/pin to reset or try pressing and holding the Back and Right buttons together for 20 seconds to trigger a factory reset. Hope that works!
