A:AnswerThe Fire Stick does not provide internet. Your tablet will do that on its own. You may need the Facebook app once you get logged into the internet.
A:AnswerThe question is whether the Firestick will stream Xfinity content like Roku can. The question is not about whether the Firestick will play over Xfinity wifi internet.
A:AnswerI would not know about the Fire TV 4k Ultra since I never owned that streamer. The newest Fire TV 4k stick comes with Dolby Vision and may have a slightly faster processor. Without knowing the Ultra's specs, I won't be able to do a comparison.
A:AnswerAmazon lists 8 GB, I've had mine for about a month, installed Netflix and HBO exclusively, and in settings I’m quoted at less than 1GB of 5.9GB Total storage remaining. Considering a solid chunk of that 4.9 GB is unremovable involuntary Amazon Apps, and foolishly having thought that when Amazon says it has 8 GB memory that would mean 8gb of memory the avg joe can actually use, the fact that it’s ‘for streaming not recording‘ is a moot point, because I can hardly do either.
Amazon doesn't have to do this- list misleading specs and then sell cheap, under-performing Devices that are little more than Ad machines and consumer data collecting devices- just tell me what the real specs are, and tell me what to pay if I want it. You know, like business.
