“I purchased a paperwhite and have actually swapped out three times due to none connecting/staying connected to my Amazon account. It connects to wifi and then when I go through the registration process it doesn't set up. Amazon is no help.Any suggestions?”

The Amazon Kindle Paperwhite (16GB) connects to Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz, it is possible that your Wi-Fi router at home might have both the Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz enabled. The Amazon Kindle Paperwhite might connect to your Wi-Fi 5.0 GHz which will cause it to continually disconnect, you can verify your network in the settings of your router (can be different for all router brands).
