“I recieved my Kindle E Reader for my Bday and am enjoying it sooo much! But last night was unable to move it from "waking Up" to my downloaded book! I charged it last night but am still unable to get it to access book. Please Help!”

Hello, Linhum! It seems like your Kindle might be frozen. My suggestion is to hold down the power button for 40 seconds. If the screen goes to a blank screen before the 40 seconds is up, continue to hold for the full 40 seconds. Once you've done this, it should reboot and be good to go. If not, I've also seen people have luck connecting their Kindle to a computer to trick it into waking up quicker. I hope one of those things works for you. Have a good day!
