No, you can not pair 2, like some Bluetooth speakers and get stereo sound

No, this is not an external speaker for use with an Echo. The Tap has it's own command system and must be connected to wifi. You must "tap" the command button before giving it a command, unlike the Echo which is always "on" and awaiting a command. The Tap is portable with a rechargeable battery.
