The Alien has the capability to add additional SSID on either or both of the 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz bands. Easy way to handle your specific item is to create an additional 2.4Ghz SSID (using a different SSID name) and connect the Ring doorbell and any other devices that require 2.4Ghz to it rather than the "main" SSID which negotiates the band (5 or 2.4) automatically.
