So I don't believe the issue here is the router, my laptop has an 8x8 Wifi 6 radio array and I generally pull 3200mbps, and that is without dual channel network acceleration on. I would check to make sure you are spacing the mesh network optimally, or make sure your receiving device can support the throughput. And if all that checks out and it is still giving you issues, even when you are going off ethernet(and your ethernet is rated gig+) then it is more likely AT&T is capping via your modem. The max theoretical bandwidth of the 8x8 Wifi 6 array is 4804Mbps. My phone is only 2x2 for example, and it doesn't benefit from those speeds.
