“Will this work with older Ubiquity Amplifi (white, non-alien) satellites? I have a system that currently seems to be hitting a bottleneck and likely needs an upgrade. I want to reuse parts of the mesh if possible.”

No. Amplifi Alien does not work with the older antennae from other Amplifi system. However, you can pair up 2 Amplifi Alien with one main and one mesh.
