• Yes, it does support pass through charging. Charging the battery through C1 and outputting power through port C2 and A1

• Yes ive charged both the steam deck and battery together just keep in mind it may take a little longer to charge

• Yes, it supports passthrough charging. It does take a few seconds to adjust. Make sure your power source is large enough to charge the unit if you are going to use passthrough.
