Also, I didn’t answer the affecting battery degradation, so this has a heat monitoring system and will auto-monitor/adjust charging levels to protect the device being charged. This will protect your device long term and be great for the long term.

I use the Apple brick to plug in a Thunderbolt cable or USB-C cable. This is great for travel. Remember it will charge about 50-60% of the battery from 0. I highly recommend this product by Anker.
