This is going to greatly depend on your ThinkPad T480 laptops configuration and what you are doing on it. The charging spec on the T480 lists 45W to 65W for the included charger depending on configuration. This battery bank has a max output of 65W however only 45W max on one of the USB C ports and 20W max on the other, so as long as your not pushing the laptop as hard as it possibly can go during this time, this battery bank should be able to extend your time away from an outlet just fine. By how long compared to just the internal battery of the laptop is again going to depend on the configuration of your T480.
