Anker doesnt make any specific claims to the USB A ports output, I think it's 15W but I could be mistaken. However this bank does not output 65W on a single port, the maximum is 45W on one USB C and 20W on the second usb C for a maximum output of 65W total. the included cable is not labeled specifically but I would expect it is rated for only the 45W maximum output.
