“Good evening, My Anker Power Core lll Elite is useless. It appears to accept the charge as far as the indicator lights suggest but is then unable to transfer power to any other device. How can this problem be corrected? Thanks, Lori”

• Use the correct USB port for charging a device and the other port for charging the Anker. One is and inny and the other is an outtie, so to speak.

• I had this issue twice now, no way to fix it as a customer as it is an enclosed case. Contact Anker support.
