Q: QuestionHow do I recharge the Anker portable charger and long does it take to recharge the portable charger? Does it come with everything needed to recharge it? Is this safe to use on an airplane?
Asked by Dmarie33.
- A:Answer Use a 60W+ charger to refuel PowerCore III Elite 25600. A great option from Anker is their PowerPort III Pod 65W Lite. It takes just over two hours to fully recharge (with a 60W+ charger). A USB-C to USB-C cable is included, but the charger is not. Yes, this is safe to use on an airplane, falling under the 100Wh limit.

Q: QuestionDoes this do passthrough charging? Meaning can I plug a wall charger into this and my laptop into this to charge both at the same time?
Asked by GaryR.
- A:Answer Unfortunately it doesn't, which is sad. I believe more devices should have this capability in today's world were we are constantly on the go. Would make things easier.

Q: QuestionWhat’s the difference between the trickle charging mode and regular charging mode? Will it damage my smaller devices if I don’t use the trickle charge mode? While using the trickle charge mode will it take a longe time to charge my devices?
Asked by Bkasey62.
- A:Answer Trickle charging is a slow charge but it's better for any battery's life span. I'd choose trickle charging for night time charging if you're asleep while it charges. Regular charging when you're awake and can take it off the charge when it's done charging. Regular charging shouldn't hurt a device if you don't leave it plugged in too long but most devices these days can detect when to stop pulling current from a charger.

Q: QuestionHow long can this powercore stay charged while stored? And does it loose power while being stored? And what’s the best way to store while not being or plan on being used? Thank you.
Asked by Rob.
- A:Answer 1. It is determined by the remaining battery power and the environment. 2. it may lose partial power while being stored 3. For best battery performance, we suggest you fully use up and recharge the battery at least every four months. It's best to keep it recharged when it is not being used.

Q: QuestionWill this safely power an Akai MPC One? The device requires 19V / 3.42 Amps. There is no rechargeable battery in the device.
Asked by ChadMPC1.
- A:Answer I use this to power my SP404 MKII, so I can’t confirm it will be the safest for the MPC One, but here is a link to someone who does use a power bank with theirs, hope this helps: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z3vqeZVI250

Q: QuestionHow many times would it charge an iphone 7?
Asked by Joeyyy.
- A:Answer External batteries normally give only 60%-70% of their capacity to other devices. Approximately 30% of the battery capacity is used up by the powerbank itself to actually generate the charge to the device it's trying to charge. These efficiency issues affect all electronics devices, and a fully recharged Anker PowerCore 25600 mah shall generally be able to give 7-9 charges to an iPhone 7 (1960mAh).
