Yes, Powercore 111 elite 87w model A1291 fast charges devices using Qualcom QC.It fast charges my Galaxy Tab A tablets and Galaxy S10+.Also fast charges my wife's iPhone and iPad. However will only fast charge my Galaxy Tab A tablets using the USB-A ports.
