“I'm charging my Anker Power Core III Elite, model A129. When I first plugged it in, all the little dots were illuminated light blue. Two hours later, only 1 light blue light, in the little circle of lights, is illuminated. Is it fully charged?”

• The first initial charge take a while. I just let it charge all night. By the next morning it was full. All the dots need to be illuminated before it’s fully changed.
