Does it come fully charged? null

no, you must charge it before your first use, but a great buy

Mine came about 20% charged. It takes a LONG time to charge up but it can charge my S10+ 2.5 times from 0%-100%. I recommend plugging into your wall outlet at night because this thing takes forever to charge itself.
