- Answer This is a 20,000 mAh Li-ion battery. As for the heater vest, this has more to do with how the heater vest charges, and how much power is required to charge it.

- Answer I'm an Android user, BUT if one end of the charging cable is a USB-A (and the other Apple proprietary plug) it should connect just fine. I've used this power pack to charge my grandson's iPhone with the lightning connector with no problem.
