How do you turn it off null

You don’t, it will eventually die. After awhile if your not charging anything the lights that indicate how much power is left will shut off.

The remaining power of the LED indicators will light steadily; while the next charging LED indicator will flash. And they will turn off in 10min±2min after the powercore is fully charged. The LED power meter will stay on when charging a device, displaying the battery’s remaining power and will turn off light steadily depending on device's model when the device is fully charged and not drawing a current. The last LED light will flash when the remaing power is lower than 10% and will turn off when it's lower than 5%.
