“This did not come with a charger. Please tell me how to charge this power bank. Also the one I purchased only has 2 charging outlets.... in the pictures device there are 4.”

You can charge this battery with just about any mini USB or mini UBS-C compatible charger. These are the ones that come with most phones and have the small end about 8mm across. Recommend that you use a quality cable. These two small mini USB are for charging the battery pack and the two larger rectangular ones are for the output for charging your devices. Splitters are available to charge more than two devices at a time but use a high quality product to reduce risk of fire.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is supposed to come with a micro USB charger. The second 2 ports are input for charging, one is micro USB and the other is USB-C. You can use any USB-C cord or micro USB cord you already have if yours didn't come with one.
