No it will fry the battery as it is twice the voltage .

I was able to charge a car, a truck and a motorcycle with this device. And it sat in my saddle bad for quite a while before having to charge the ROAV. I was so impressed with this little power pack that I bought one for dad for Father’s Day. I hope this helps.
