1/ month if not used.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have owned it for about a month and a half and have only charged it the initial time. I have used it to jump my 5.3 liter V8 Chevy Tahoe three times and it is still showing fully charged. I have left it in the back of my car for the entire time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.About every 4 jump starts, it needs a charging
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe the directions recommend charging once every six months (if unused). If we use it for something we charge it before putting it back in the car. If we don't use it, we charge it in the spring and fall to be sure it is ready if we need to jump a car.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have left the charger in my vehicle sometimes for months before I need it. When I need it, it's for Emergency situations, not everyday usage. I carry a solar charger and this product for emergencies. If you constantly have a dead car battery, spend the money and buy a new car battery, not this product. I have also started my Harley Motorcycle so it can charge 6 volt to 12 volt with no problem. I bought a new motorcycle battery rather than jump start it everyday. I also bought a new car battery rather than jump it. These are for "what if" situations and belong in your every day carry equipment. Carry a flashlight in your car, don't rely on the beam for this device but it is bright. Save that power for starting the car and the extra LED flashlight for looking around the engine for other problems that caused the dead battery.
