• Yes they work for both ears for calls but you NEED to use the right one first since its the driver and the left is the passenger. And no I do not work for Anker I'm the rightful owner of the 2019 Balon D or MESSI

• Yes the person calling you comes through very clearly in both earbuds. I've noticed that it is difficult for the person on the other end to hear you though when talking through the earbuds.
