Q: Do the ear buds have volume and music control on them or do you have to use your phone?
A: With the app from soundcore you can now configure the controls on the earbuds to increase or decrease the volume on your device.
A: Remove left earbud from charging case. Hold button for +/-30 seconds to enter pairing mode. Light starts out blinking white slowly, will blink once red, blink once white and blink white rapidly once in pairing mode. Also works with right only.
Q: Do these earbuds work for Android and Galaxy phones?
A: Yes. I paired it to my wife's Galaxy Note 8, no problems. FYI, It will also pair with a Wear OS smartwatch. I paired it to my Fossil Explorist without any issues.
Q: After the battery is low, how long does it take to fully charge?
A: About 45 minutes - hour. But, will run for 2.5 - 3 hours.
Q: Comes with chsrging case right?
A: Yes. Small case to hold the earbuds. It's a charging case that is supposed to hold a 20 hour charge. The earbuds are supposed to hold a 3 hour charge and are charged through the case.
Q: Does anyone know the range these hold if you walk away form your phone?
A: The maximum operating range is up to 30 feet.

A: No, this can't be connected to multiple devices at once.
