“Can these be used one at a time like the Apple AirBuds? IE, use the left one until the battery gets low then charge it and and while it's charging, use the right one.”

This is the only issue I have with this product, you have to have the right earbud out. The left earbud works off the right earbud, therefore you can't use the left one independently.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you can. However, I noticed you have to have the right earbuds in during calls - maybe because most off the touch sensors for calls are on the right earbud.
