“I fully charged the case and then left the ear buds in the case for 2 days. When I pulled the pods out they connected to my device right away. But only had 5% charge. Am I doing something wrong. If they were sitting in case shouldn't they be full %”

• Clean the ends of the buds and try charging again. If you haven't removed the plastic film, you should.

• They should be full. Check to see if you have anything blocking the magnetic charging connection. If you don't then I would recommend reaching out to our customer service department (1-800-988-7973) for further troubleshooting and possible warranty claim.
