“I paired my earphones to my Visio smart tv. I have no volume control and neither tv remote volume control works while earbuds are paired. How do I get volume control? So no volume control either on earbuds or with tv remotes.”

• You can only adjust the volume through the connected devices, this means you need to control the volume through the TV itself, not with the remote, please have try.
