“Are the Ear buds supposed to remain lit once put back into the case to charge? I am finding when I take them out they are low on battery, almost like the case isn’t working. Is this normal?”

No they arent lit
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The case is like a charger for the ear buds. Every time you place the buds in the case they are suppose to charge and the lights are suppose to come on briefly and then the lights shut off and the case continues to charge the buds. When the buds are taken out of the case they should be charged (the level depends on how long you have left the buds in the case). The buds turn on and connect to the device that you have paired the buds too. The only light that is on is the link light which is blue (I think, could be wrong) and it will flash at a certain interval. The time intervals mean different things and I can not remember off the top of my head. Thank you, Joe
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Sydney , Once in a while you have to clean the charging connectors on the earbuds themselves. Use a a swab and some alcohol to clean the connectors , if they are dirty the charging case won’t charge the earbuds
