To adjust the volume, both earbuds are needed as only one volume control on each earbud, but to answer/hang up the phone, your sister can use on earbud only. Below instructions are for your reference: Short press the power button on left or the right earbud to pick up or end call ； press and hold the power button on left or right earbud for 1 second to switch to reject call.
