QuestionDo these earbuds have multipoint capability?

- Answer Just to clarify - and for the benefit of others - multi-point is the ability for a bluetooth audio device (headphone / ear bud) to maintain a concurrent connection to more than one host device (phone, tablet, computer, etc.) These devices absolutely DO NOT support multi-point. The website is pretty transparent about the fact they do not if you look around. You may also want to know that both devices will connect to your phone, and each can be used as a single device. However, when you are using BOTH at the same time, the RIGHT one connects to the phone, and the LEFT bud connects to the RIGHT bud. I don't know if this is normal engineering, but I about drove myself crazy tryng to get both of them to connect until I RTFM.

- Answer People have told me these are the clearest I have ever sounded on a phone call, and I have used 5 different bluetooth devices (or 7 counting 2 cars) at a time in recent months.

- Answer Surely you can listen to music and also answer calls when you use one earbud, but there is only one volume control on one earbud, which means if you use the left earbud only, you can reduct the volume by “-” button; if you use the right side only, you can increase the volume by “+” button. Also you can hold and press the “-” button on left earbud for 1 second to switch to previous track and press and hold the “+” button on right earbud for 1 second to switch to next track. Besides, the other functions are working fine with one earbud as listed below: Short press the pause button on left or right earbud to play or pause music, or to pick up the call; Long press the pause button on left or right earbud for 1 second to switch to reject call.

QuestionIf someone is using one earbud and talking to someone on the phone, and he needs to increase the volume,how is it possible?I am asking because according to the instructions , the key to increase the volume is also used to answer and hang up calls?

- Answer Please use the right earbud only so that you can increase the volume by pressing the “+” button on right earbud. And you can press the power button to answer the call and hold the power button for 1 second to hang up call. - Answer Yes. Normally only the master earbud's microphone works during calls when you use both sides. If you'd like to use the left earbud only when making calls, only take the left earbud out of the charging case and close the charging case cover, connect "Spirit X2-L" to use it. If you are using both earbuds for a call and then put one side in the charging case: - Close the case to use the other earbud, there will be a break during this process. The call will be resumed after 3-5 seconds.

- Answer Yes it does and it charges your headphones when your done using them when you place it back in the case, and I love using it to work out and or running it stays in place in my ear.

QuestionAre these earbuds comfortable to wear? I only ask because of the 'vertical' design (the earbuds are touching the side of your ear vertically instead of being horizontally over the ear canal). More comfortable than something like Mpow Flames or Spirit Xs?

- Answer Normally when you open the charging case cover, the left side connects to the right side automatically. And you just need to turn on the Bluetooth on the device and find "Spirit X2" to pair them. When connecting to a mobile device for the first time, there is a pop-up window for you to confirm pairing. Select "Pair". If you have any problem of the pairing, you can try to forget the pairing record on your device, turn off the Bluetooth on your device, reset the headphones via below steps and then turn on the Bluetooth again to pair. 1. Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open. 2. Press and hold the button on the back of the case until the indicator on earbuds flash red 3 times and then turn white.
