Please use the right earbud only so that you can increase the volume by pressing the “+” button on right earbud. And you can press the power button to answer the call and hold the power button for 1 second to hang up call. The volume up and down are the tops of the rockers on the right and left ear respectively and the answer/hang up buttons are the bottom buttons on each ear piece, so as long as you can remember which ear is which direction for the volume there isn't a problem adjusting the volume while you're on a call.
