QuestionThese show IP68 do you mean IPX68 certification? that would mean these are waterproof and can be submerged in water...Is this the Case? Please clarify .

- Answer The earbuds have IPX8 waterproof protection, but the charging case is not waterproof. The earbuds are not suitable to submerged in water like swimming because the water weakens the Bluetooth signal which will result in the sound cutting in and out. Besides, please try to wipe the charging port dry with a cotton cloth to ensure there's no sweat on the port before charging. QuestionIf my sister wants to use only one for making phone calls will she have all the controls that she needs when using only the right one or does she have to use both to be able to change the volume plus answer/hang up the phone?? Thank you!

- Answer To adjust the volume, both earbuds are needed as only one volume control on each earbud, but to answer/hang up the phone, your sister can use on earbud only. Below instructions are for your reference: Short press the power button on left or the right earbud to pick up or end call ； press and hold the power button on left or right earbud for 1 second to switch to reject call.

- Answer due to the long distance from the mouth, call quality of Total Wireless Earphone is usually not good, but Spirit X2 could provide much better call quality than most of the TWS on the market. But if the noise is too loud or too close to the user, the noise will still influence the call quality.
