The earbuds have IPX8 waterproof protection, but the charging case is not waterproof. The earbuds are not suitable to submerged in water like swimming because the water weakens the Bluetooth signal which will result in the sound cutting in and out. Besides, please try to wipe the charging port dry with a cotton cloth to ensure there's no sweat on the port before charging.
