• Henry, Yes it does, everything needed to clamp the antenna to the mast that you provide is included in the box. I used a 3/4" diameter pipe but you can use smaller if you are installing indoors.

• Yes and no. It has a clamp that will hold the antenna to a pole, but it doesn't include a pole or bracket that will directly attach to a building. I bought a piece of conduit from the electrical section at Home Depot and used that to mount the antenna to a roof truss in the attic. I think you can buy a mounting pole separately.

• Yes, but you have to supply the pole. I'm using a 3/4 inch schedule 40 PVC pipe for my attic installation. It should fit a pipe from 3/4 inch to 11/2 inches.
