• Yes but you will also need a converter if the tv is not digitalized.

• It uses the same type of connection as cable and sattelite uses to connect to the tv so if you can connect a cable box this will hookup to it. If the tv has the really old uhf/vhf connectors with th dual spade lugs for each frequency you'll need an adapter. Older TVs that are analog only will still need a digital converter box regardless of the antenna.

• As long as your TV has the standard cable input connection (which is should), yes. It won't be in HD, but it's the only way to capture TV signals now over the air waves.
