This is super easy to install. There is only one coaxial cable that attaches directly to back of the TV or to your set-top/cable box and an electrical plug. Then you just need to pull up the two antenna rods and rotate them and/or the unit itself until you get maximum effect. This is really a no-brainer. Take it from a 70 year old non-techie who managed it!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.70 miles is beyond the claimed range which is 35 miles. It may still pull in some channels but At that distance you're probably going to need a rooftop antenna. It is very easy to install.
