This is super easy to install. There is only one coaxial cable that attaches directly to back of the TV or to your set-top/cable box and an electrical plug. Then you just need to pull up the two antenna rods and
rotate them and/or the unit itself until you get maximum effect. This is really a no-brainer. Take it from a 70 year old non-techie who managed it!

70 miles is beyond the claimed range which is 35 miles. It may still pull in some channels but At that distance you're probably going to need a rooftop antenna. It is very easy to install.
