Does this monitor have any game mode presets? null

There are the following Eco Mode presets: Standard, Text, Internet, Game, Movie, Sports, and Uniformity. I'm sure that you would still need to adjust them to fit your needs though.

Depends on what you mean. It comes fairly well calibrated for color accuracy. There's no "game mode" but that's not needed with this monitor like on TVs. I experience no input lag and very little motion blur. There is some motion blur by default specifically with some high contrast images. But setting the "Overdrive" setting to medium or strong resolved that for me.
